		Paul Ehrhardt

		Doctoraal Bedrijfseconomie en Postdoctoraal Accountancy aan de Erasmus Universiteit van Rotterdam. Van 1999 - 2002 Partner/Vice President van de Telecom Group van Ernst & Young Consulting resp. Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. Van 1996 - 1999 General Manager van Ernst & Young Telecom Asia Pasific. Van 1986 - 1996 mede oprichter en direkteur Ernst & Young Corporate Finance. Paul Ehrhardt heeft een zeer uitgebreide ervaring op alle gebieden van Corporate Finance met name in de branche van IT, Telecom en Media. Hij beschikt over veel Internationale ervaring en heeft gewerkt in Zuid-Amerika (met name Brazilie) en Azie en is betrokken geweest bij het opzetten van veel Strategische Allianties en JV's.
		Erik Leus

		Before co-founding Ehrhardt Leus & Associates, Erik Leus was one of the co-founders of BASe Ventures, a company dedicated to providing business development support to technology companies. BASe Ventures was a spin-out from the NeSBIC CTe Fund (a venture capital firm). Prior to BASe Ventures, Erik Leus was involved with the NeSBIC CTe Fund (a venture capital firm) , as a Value Added Services Program Director, responsible for the implementation of the Value Added Services Program (a program dedicated to the support of the CTe Fund portfolio companies). He was previously Country Manager for SpeedPort NV, a successful Internet Communications start-up, which was acquired by Versatel. Prior to SpeedPort, Erik spent 5 years in the USA (of which 4 years in Silicon Valley), where he gained experience in supporting US technology companies expanding into Europe (including companies such as Cisco Systems, Peoplesoft, BMC Software, Hewlett Packard, etc.). He is currently a member of the Advisory Board of the NeSBIC CTe Fund.
